DG Exchange LLC (“DG Exchange,” “DGX,” “we,” “us”) runs the DGX precious metals store at 9640 W Tropicana Ave, Suite 112, Las Vegas, NV 89147, and the website dg-exchange.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- When you text or call us: your phone number, the content of your messages, and the date and time of each message or call.
- When you email us or use our contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message, and the date and time you agreed to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
- When you buy from or sell to us in store: your name and contact details, details from your government-issued photo ID, and records of the transaction (items, weights, amounts and payment method), including records the law requires precious metals dealers to keep.
- When you visit our website: our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie. With your permission, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies, as described under Cookies and advertising below. We count visits and the pages people view with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and provide customer care, including by text message.

- Service providers that work on our behalf and may use it only to provide their services to us, such as our phone and text messaging provider (RingCentral), our email provider (Microsoft), our contact form provider (Formspree), our website host and analytics provider (Vercel), and, if you accept advertising cookies, Google, which receives information about your visit to measure and show our ads.
- Law enforcement and government agencies when required by law, such as the transaction reporting that applies to precious metals dealers, or to respond to a valid legal request.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, under the same protections described here.
The categories above do not include text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are never shared as described below.
Cookies and advertising
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages they view and how they found us. Google Analytics sets cookies and sends this information to Google; we do not use it to identify you.
